I accept PayPal for my items through my PayPal account. Payment must be received within 6 days of purchase or the order will be cancelled.


Orders are sent by Canada Post. For international or even domestic shipping, the item can be upgraded to FedEx as some problems can occur using Canada Post. Although by upgrading to FedEx extra charges may occur. Due to the items being sold, the shipment will always have tracking.

If you wish to pick up the item, please contact me.

Before Purchase:
Please message me if you wish to purchase something with your city, province/state and country so that I can give an exact quote of shipping costs

Shipped Goods:
All physical goods will be shipped to the address of you provide me. If this information is wrong or inaccurate please message me when purchasing your item.

Shipping fees may be included for a small handling charge according to weight and size.

Please Note:
Depending on what is being ordered will depend on the amount of time before I can deliver it (this is to keep in mind for commissions).

As well: Keep in mind that once I deliver I will email the information to you with the estimated time. I cannot completely guarantee the delivery dates.


Every country has its own customs regulations, and so your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.  If your country does charge you these additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of the items for sale, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Unless you receive the completely wrong item, no refund or exchange can be made. If you do receive the wrong item, send the picture of the item you did receive as an email attachment. This item must be sent back before I can send the proper item, if you still choose to purchase it.

If at anytime I have overcharged you, I will send the overcharged amount back through to your PayPal account.

I cannot be held responsible for any charges that occur during delivery.

Additional Policies

All of these items are copyright (2005-present) of AileensPaintings and does not transfer to the customer. Please do not resell.


These follow all the above shipping and policies, however they have a few extra. To have a commission done contact me through email to get a quote on how long and how much the picture will cost.

Please choose a photo that is originally yours, or else I will not be able to sell it to you and will decline.

50% of the payment will be upfront, the other 50% when it is ready to be shipped. It will not be shipped unless payment is received.

During the commission period you have the option to keep in contact through email, Skype or FaceTime to see how your painting is coming along. If during this time you have some changes, additions or anything to add, I will do my best to incorporate it in. I will give you updates, however frequent you choose.
