Years ago, we discovered food sensitivities and allergies were affecting our quality of life. So we were forced to change our eating habits.
This wasn’t really a bad thing, as time has gone on and many recalls of food in the industry, have made our decision a bit easier. We enjoy cooking, baking, preserving, fermenting, and even boiling maple sap to syrup.
