Homemade Pickle Bread

Homemade Pickle Bread

For those with some experience around the kitchen, try changing your favorite bread recipe.

Activating Bread Yeast

Pickle juice (top up with water), cut pickles, margarine, flour, salt

Mixing ingredients

Cover dough and set aside to rise

Punch down after first rise

Forming round loaf

Rolling out dough

Folding dough for pan

Cutting the tops of loaves before second rise

Putting freshly grated cheese on

Letting loaves cool after baking
